Thank you so very much Steve for supporting my partner and I with updating all of our personal insurances. After working with a financial planner 18 months prior, our insurances were set up with a provider that has since been acquired by a larger organisation. I had a life event (new child) and wanted to update my insurance (life, trauma, tpd, income protection) to ensure my wife and child are taken care of, if anything should happen to my capacity to provide. I was aware I was under insured for the current circumstances. Navigating the different products offered by insurers was complicated. It also seemed that there were products that were available to brokers and financial planners and not available as retail products. I was too busy running a business and juggling a new born. I found Steve to help solve my problem. The advice provided by Steve was very helpful and made the process more stream line. Steve was able to provide information to help me decide how much coverage I needed considering the various circumstances in my life. He explained the products and providers and how they worked in a clear and concise manner. Steve was able to recommend a provider at a reasonable price. The provider was positioned against other provider options with a breakdown of their differences in a report. He managed the paperwork with the insurer and provided clear communication. I am very happy with the outcome. Steve was very clear with his communication and quick with responding. He is very knowledgeable about these products and was able to answer questions concisely.
